Always got back to me super quick with all my questions. Explained the dos and donts of home purchase and what grants I should apply for. If the house was worth it or not he was totally honest wasn’t just try to sell a house to get payed, but wanted to sell me a house that was worth it and good for me. 10 out of 10 would recommend and I plan to use him again in future home purchases.
